It's been months since I had posted here in my blog because of my busy schedule on my day job.
Anyway, October has been one of my favorite months of the year because it's my birthday month, of course, and with the culture here in the Philippines, Christmas preparation starts by this month.
It's also
became my tradition to divide my celebration into weeks or to have different celebrations with
different set of people. I usually celebrate with friends a week earlier from my birthday and on the exact day with my family; I don't know
its some kind of privacy and to avoid awkward conversations
from different people.
So I decided to treat my friends to Gino's brick oven pizza at Tordesillas St.
in Salcedo Village. The experience was totally worth it, from ambiance, space, location and
ofcourse for food!.
Gino's is located in Tordesillas St.
cor Bautista street.
and it's near Three Salcedo Place.
We had
Burrata Caprese for appetizers, it is made of Burrata Cheese, pesto, basil and cherry tomatoes. It is perfect with bread and it's not oily and perfectly healthy too!
Their pizzas are to die for!, they are made with
thin wheat bread crust too so you'll not be
to worred about carbs or calories.
We were halfway through when I remembered that I need to take a picture of this
hahaha!
this is Bianca
verde, it's made out of Garlic, Olive Oil, Goat cheese, ricotta,
parmesan, basil and arugula
We also had BOMB, it's made out of Balsamic Onions, Mozarella, Mushrooms and Blue cheese. It's flavorful and there's a balance of sweetness and saltiness at the same time.
I forgot to take a picture of the lemon mushroom pasta and stuffed chicken pasta, but they are totally worth to try! They are creamy and flavorful all in one.
I will definitely
going back to this place and my money is totally worth it too!
